And a Merry Christmas to all!

After dedicating several hours of effort and attention to detail, we successfully baked our first batch of bread together with a perfectly crispy crust and soft, fluffy interior. The Guyanese Pepperpot turned out exceptionally well, reminding me of simpler days. As we sat down to enjoy a nutritious slice with our morning coffee/tea, we relished in the satisfaction of our hard work and savored the flavors of the holiday season.

We also made an array of delicious dishes that included a colorful salmon poke bowl, a decadent Dungeness crab bake, a fragrant garlic asparagus, a mediterranean rice pilaf, and crispy roasted potatoes. The presentation was eye-catching and the flavors, simply divine. With every bite, we were transported to a world of culinary delights and couldn’t help but exclaim, “Yummy, yummy, yummy!” It was truly a feast to remember.
