January gone wild

One month down in 2020! Where did the time go. Seems like the New Year was just yesterday and now we are just around the corner from Valentine’s day.

Whats’ new? A diet.  Yeppers, a diet to loose some weight.  Not a resolution but a health choice we made around Christmas after way too much cake.  Protein shake once a day with a simple meal of soup or sandwich.  We get a treat if we exercise three days and hopefully we will be 15 pounds lighter in 3 months.

You would think that having a room dedicated to exercise would make things easier but alas it doesn’t.  Having a partner makes it easier but only because we push each other.
